DUI - ALCOHOL
Driving under the influence, or DUI, is one of the most damaging and serious violations that can be committed. From Court appearances to lengthy DMV matters, our aggressive representation is the difference between guilty and not guilty.
DMV HEARING
A DMV hearing is not an absolute right and must be requested by reporting to the DMV within (10) days of the DUI arrest to challenge the suspension. Failure to request such a hearing will generally result in a minimum (30-day) automatic license suspension. Losing your license will require multiple steps that will be costly and stressful resulting in a very tramautic experience that can be avoided with our firm.
BAIL HEARING
There is an option to post cash bail, which means you pay the entire bail amount in cash (or property). This amount is returned after the sentencing. Our Defense Counsel can arrange an emergency bail hearing to secure an Own Recognizance or “Bail Reduction if needed.
